Thank goodness for a drafts folder had 50 drafts going all the way back to 2009.
The dozens of posts i completely, and permanently deleted – zero opportunity to retrieve them and repost now that i’m retired from Disney.

Look at all five blogs:
April – Dec 2009.
Sept – Dec 2010.
Needed to add placeholder posts to get credit for the dozens of posts i deleted while working at Disney Institute.
In the absence of Corporate Social Media guidelines, i decided to err on the side of caution.
Most likely an over-reaction, but in the moment, i left nothing to chance.
There were many leaders who were afraid of what they didn’t understand – social media’s power to influence.

Yahoo rank #1 on all five blogs
GoDaddy Web Stats for past quarter:
- 125,000 visits
- 400,000 page views
- 750,000 hits
These numbers average 250-350% increases over same time last year.
Good numbers for being in business only 1.5 years, and competing against 80,000,000 other blogs.

Dear jungle jeff readers, you probably know this, but jungle jeff is just one of five daily blogs that I write.
After speaking of fear yesterday here at jungle jeff, a few minutes later I posted an important jeff noel blog post.
And the topic at jeffnoel.com yesterday was the antithesis of the one here at jungle jeff.
Is it okay to notice personal growth and use that confidence to make a dramatic leap in progress?
One thing for sure, I’m not afraid to find out.
