Looking back on my life, it occurred to me, as it does to you too, that what’s done is done. We can not change the past. And looking back, hindsight really is 20/20.

We can see things so much clearer, looking back.

But we must also look forward and when we do, we should not fall into the same trap.

But it would seem we never learn…why is that?

And that’s the part that either makes us or breaks us. As I head out the door, to give another speech this morning, my aim is nothing less than a standing ovation worthy presentation.
