Cashing in on seven miles

Apple Watch at a driveway — Seven miles is a decent recovery walk from yesterday’s highest ‘jogging mileage’ in years.

After yesterday’s exercise, wanted to not go far and also wanted to go far. Weird. The smart thing was a compromise. A bit of both.

Five easily turned into seven
