Tempting to not take the time, effort, and risk to decide for ourselves – out of all the noise – what our simple and guiding principles will be for our mind, body, spirit, work, and home.

At some point, we really should decide.

Growing up, it would have been great to have had a wise elder convince me of this through their own example.

Instead, becoming a Father in 2000, in my early 40’s, was the catalyst for personal transformation.

Less busy-ness, more present-ness

Disney Meetings — Couple nights ago at Disney’s Flagship Resort for Disney Resorts world-wide.

Continuously working to reduce the administrative work i’ve been accustomed to do as a solo entrepreneur.

Why?

There are people who are pros at things i will never be a pro at.

There are things i do that i’m a pro at and no one but me can deliver that thing.

The goal is to generate creative and fulfilling employment opportunities for others while reducing my workload to only the things i excel at.

The net outcome is to increase more discretionary time to simply be present.
