Erodes habits.
i hear non-Disney leaders think this way…
“I don’t give culture the benefit of the doubt and it’s uncomfortable for me to habitually, intentionally, over-focus on it… but by giving into those feelings, me and my organization are intentionally falling behind.”
What we accept by default becomes the standard.
You’re pro-culture or anti-culture.
