Word of caution (and huge note to self), be intentional about not having these two attributes become embarrassing for others.

Most people are buried. And they can barely keep up.

i know, i battle it every day the sun rises, and it lasts until after the sun sets.

Working vacations are necessary sometimes

Working vacations are under rated and over rated.

Just like exerting the lifetime effort (personal leadership) to stay healthy and active. Or to opt for ‘relaxing, taking it easy, and enjoying life’ at the expense of exertion.

The key is to take enough vacations so that the odds equal out that some are working vacations and some are not.

The good reason for doing the hard stuff first is that the easy stuff is always easier than the hard stuff.

Draw the blueprints first.

Sweat the foundation, the infrastructural, the design.

You can decide later whether the family room floor will be tile, wood or carpet.

It doesn’t matter if you are certain about your floor if the house never gets built.

The easy stuff should always come last when it comes to organizational architecture.
