Changes in vision, changes in attitude

Beach office — Working this hard comes with the territory.

The main reason people go out on their own is vision. A vision of the future that is better than now. Much better.

With the pressure that only an entrepreneur knows, also comes the joy.

It’s mostly pressure and uncertainty for many years until you become an entity that scales.

Until then, joy is elusive.

Elusive as it may be, it is also remarkably wonderful.

Calling an audible, because i deserve to.

For eight years i have practiced this belief:

Don’t tell others what you’re going to do, only tell them what you’ve already done.

Most of my life i did the opposite and time after time it produced disappointment.

When i started my own business in 2009 i decided to do a 180 and keep things quiet until they were done.

Inspired by yesterday’ meeting, i’m going to do another 180.

i will never see Wayne again until i die

What lies ahead is often challenging to clearly understand.

Hopefully as we get closer, we become clearer and more certain.

Trust your gut and believe all the way.

i told Wayne that we celebrate birth as an extraordinary moment. i followed that up with my belief that death should be celebrated the same way.

If you believe that you are going to be reunited with God, Jesus, or whomever, the transition from an Earthly life to a Heavenly life ought to be incredibly exciting.

Loyalty is an easy-to-understand business concept, but are we brave enough to apply it to life in general?

And are we advocates, unwavering in our affection and affinity to the product or service (eternal life)?

i asked Wayne’s permission to pray with him. i have to admit that as i held his hand, i hoped my prayers became a catalyst for him to .think .differently

“Those lucky people” are the only ones who understand that doing what you love is the only way to be rich.

Anything less than that is less than that.
