The most damaging thing a leader can do (and we all do it) is to be so busy we can’t communicate our vision in a clear, concise, and compelling way.

Challenge 3% of the male Baby Boomers to do something great before they die.

And with those 3%, a deliberate ripple effect inspired to travel through all male Baby Boomers, and all female Baby Boomers, all Gen-Xer’s, Gen Y, Millennials.

Dude, just keep it to yourself

Two young boys with iPhone
The wonder of it all is quite remarkable

Note to self: you have a very strange sense of remarkable dwelling within you. It mostly feels like something that only happens to rare, fortunate, hard working individuals.

Scene from God's not Dead
It will always be easier (initially) to back down – this decision could haunt us for a lifetime.

Dear Son, believing in something as if your life depended on it is the most powerful position from which to do your art.

The insidious danger is our motive isn’t pure.

But if it is, nothing can stop you.
