Walt Disney always believed his next great idea could from anyone, anywhere – even the third shift custodial workers.
My most recent idea only became obvious after a phone call from Hawai’i and a Facebook conversation from Indiana.
The current working term is “Community Program”.
Just like the Disney Institute program above, i’ve struck a hand-shake deal with an organizer who will offer the same type program for my company.
In hindsight, not sure why it took so long to dream up and make happen.
