Did i mention that one of the “management consulting” firms was a recommendation? My other recommendation was Disney Institute.

They have not contacted Disney Institute because they already understand their pricing.

This makes me smile. Who recommends their stiffest competition?

Probably no one.

A few days ago as we were passing through town.

Being “Goofy” in our hometown.

We love the design of our hometown.

Lots of special places in our hometown…many of them only known to the long-timers.

We love the attention to detail that is invisible to outsiders.

What?

Red, black, and yellow is an easy reminder for a very famous fellow.

Disney’s secret to delivering world-class customer service all day, everyday revolves around a simple concept:

Exceed expectations by paying attention to all the details.

In film-making vernacular, from the long-shot to the close-up…everything should be amazing.

If every detail doesn’t matter in your business, who decides, and how, which details aren’t worth it?

The sensory overload was extended to the Cast Members, their behaviors, mannerisms, spiels, their costumes, and it literally had no end.
