Yeah, let’s call it a day (night).

Writing seven Disney Business Books in one year, from the iPhone 7 release to the iPhone 8 release

i’m writing all seven books on an iPhone, and all at Walt Disney World.

  1. Disney Leadership
  2. Disney Employee Engagement
  3. Disney Customer Service
  4. Disney Brand Loyalty
  5. Disney Creativity and Innovation
  6. Disney Greatest Business Hits (from the first 5 books above)
  7. How to Apply Disney Business Principles to Your Personal Life

This goal is epic and literally impossible.

Which is perfect.

Using this site to document progress on the Disney Brand Loyalty Book. Also using storyboards, and iPhone’s Notes App.

Disney Love is in the chain

GNP. Beargrass has a limited blooming window. We caught it perfectly on the Hidden Lake Overlook trail. This is roughly 1/2 mile past the overlook. About 95% of visitors never venture past the overlook deck. Center of photo are 3 mountain Goats, barely discernible.

Leaders –> Employees –> Customers –> Reputation –> Improve

Customers who are convinced you love them definitely return and definitely recommend.

Absentee leadership

GNP.

One of the most important ways to manifest integrity is to be loyal to those who are not present. In doing so, we build the trust of those who are present.

Employees are customers too

Mr. Noel and Mr. Fredrickson, two days ago. Or as we say at Disney, Jeff and Carl. Employees are customers too.

Employees are customers too.

Easy to forget.

Might even be easy to never establish this organizational philosophy.

But if you do believe it, it can be insidiously easy to let it slip away.

Why?

Because the reality is employees are lucky to work for a great organization.

Conversely, great organizations are lucky to have great employees who want to work for them.

It absolutely works 100% both ways.

Neither should ever get complacent.
