The Herd mentality is ok with ‘stuck’ – because it’s easier than getting unstuck

Let’s say we are stuck at work with something we can’t control, for any reason imaginable.

There are some things we think we can’t control, but can. Let’s not confuse the two. Okay?

Knowing this, how we respond determines surviving or thriving.

Why avoid thriving?

It’s gonna be hard no matter what.
