Mind, body, spirit, work, home.
We think.
We move.
We feel.
We contribute.
We dwell.
i was 40 when the seed was planted for what i was born to do.
Never, ever.
Never ever ever ever gave an iota of a second to being a professional speaker.
Yet, since 1999, it’s been my contribution, my work, my career, to help others .think .differently about organizational vibrancy.
Thankful every day of the year for the initial revelation and the lifelong commitment to teaching “The Disney Way”.

While it took decades to discover, and another decade to hone, i’m thankful for finding a job career that “i was born to do”.

If Disney Ran Your Life…
Everything matters. Nothing is optional.
Have fun.
Set the bar to its highest level for your vision, your development, your accountability, and your commitment.
Push your boundaries.
Break Invent rules.
Don’t strive to be the best, strive to be different.
Find a unique, artful difference that no one else brings to organizational-vibrancy content and its delivery.
Different is better than better.

What do i see in the mirror of my lifetime at work?
Mowing lawns.
Raking leaves.
Shoveling snow.
During high school, two summers in the warehouse where my mom worked. Minimum wage, 1975-76.
College, two summers working seven days a week, shift work (7am-3pm, 11pm-7am graveyard, 3-11pm).
Construction…bartending…odd jobs.
Then like 30 years at Walt Disney World.
And 11 years as a small business owner.
Review: From small-town kid to highly paid keynote speaker. How in the heck did that happen?
