Style

Style.

Style is timely.

Content is timeless.

Content is generally widely known and easily accessible.

And…

Content can also be architected to be distinct. This is the exception.

So with the content-assumption there’s nothing new under the sun, style is the easiest way to differentiate.

Different is better than better.

Style is distinct…

If you are willing to take risks.

Take risks in the spirit of helping others see and .think .differently

Personal and organizational vibrancy is the only goal.

Content

Jeff noel disney keynote speaker while at Disney Institute
Disney name tag places this photo 2014 or earlier. Disney content was all i taught at Disney Institute from 1999-2014. The world-class Disney Business architecture is timeless. The Disney content DNA existed even before i was born. However, the style in which i taught was/is one of a kind. i self-directed that narrative. From my own experience as an adult learner: driven largely by how boring most adult to adult teachers/speakers are.

Content.

Your content, in this case.

Content should start by being simple, key, repeatable.

Content should always be broad and deep.

Content is best shared through story, activity, questions, discussion, emotions.

Content is the tool with which you teach others.

Ps. Style is the many methods you use to teach your content.

Brand.

Brand is the first thing people think of when they see your face, or hear your name.

Brand is what you make others feel.

Brand is driven by how much customers think you love them.

Brand is a spectrum of emotional connection.

The stronger the emotional connection, the stronger the brand.

Brand and loyalty are synonymous.

Mission

Mission.

Mission is everything we need to do to achieve our vision.

Note: A helpful visual…

  1. Vision: To Be.
  2. Mission: To Do.
  3. Brand: To Feel.
  4. Customer: For Whom.

Vision

Vision is your true north.

True north is what you see as your lifelong goal and the direction you need to go to get where you want to go.

Personal vibrancy is true north.

Career vibrancy is one of five interconnected critical pillars that build personal vibrancy.

Vision…

Challenging to articulate. Maybe even impossible to achieve. You never say it the same way twice.

Envision a future not only better than now, but much better than now.

Everything: every thought, decision, action, reflection, improvement supports your vision of the future.
