Brand reputation is the first thing your customers and employees think of when they see you or hear your name. Your brand is your most important asset. And it should not surprise you that your organization (and personal) culture gives birth to what your people (and you) think and do, without thinking – your employee’s (and your) cumulative behaviors become your brand.
(Emotions trump everything.)

On April Fool’s Day 2009, jeff noel began writing five daily, differently-themed blogs (on five different sites). It was to be a 100-day self-imposed “writer’s bootcamp”, in preparation for writing his first book. He hasn’t missed a single day since.
Do you have a clear, concise, and compelling customer promise?
Does every employee know the company promise?
Are your employees assertively friendly?
Are your products and services worth the price?

Yesterday when we hid Janice’s birthday cake in the Senior Living Facility communal kitchen and my first thought was, “Look at all this table space. This would be a perfect place to lay out all seven story boards and get started.”
Disney really honed my thinking. i wasn’t thinking about the storyboards, but in seeing the large table space, i immediately remembered the opportunity and possibility.
Can’t turn it off.
It’s a blessing and a curse.

But with…
Growth.
Confidence.
Purpose.
Now, the goal is seven Disney books.
Wait until you hear the timeline for this impossible goal.
