The food-truck-order ticket number coincidentally is the same number that we are celebrating at Walt Disney World. Karma? Serendipity? 
The line moved painfully slow. Pain. Full. Lee.
The sandwich was very good, the baked beans were just ok, the wait time was a failure. The employee was super nice.
The funnel cake was delicious (hard to mess that up), the wait was non-existent, and the service, friendly.
Lots of leeway granted from Covid-19. Staffing shortages have become forgivable. Lower quality is now forgivable. Delivery speed is expected to be slower than anyone would say is acceptable, yet we accept it.
The great opportunity in 2022 is returning to exceeding expectations at every customer touchpoint.
