If you try to modify anything on Expedia, you essentially have to delete what you’ve done and start all over. So if you book far in advance and get a great price and then close in, have a challenge and need to make a change, you have to start over and pay current, in-season, exorbitant price differences.

Yesterday could not have gone any better than it did.

So grateful.

Leadership traits i’ve spent a lifetime honing: creativity, optimism, patience, surrender, faith, gratefulness, appreciation, empathy, and humor.

That’s a list of human/leadership traits that never fails.

No one i’ve ever met dislikes any of those.
