Quite possibly the last time ever
The Sun is finally hitting the Big Horn Ram (center) Howard spotted on our way up.

It’s quickly making its way to Logan Pass.
Check out time at Granite is 10am. We told Margaret we’d be a little late. It took us three hours round trip, including nearly an hour at the overlook.
This floor is made from fossils from a prehistoric ocean floor.
Love it.
Packed up and time to hike four miles down to The Loop to catch the Glacier National Park free shuttle.
One last look towards Logan pass (where our car awaits) from our balcony.
Eventually, we saw The Loop, but from here we still had over two miles to hike.

Believe it or not, some people completely underestimate how much water to carry.
The bottom trail (Goat Haunt) takes you to Canada. i’d like to try it.
Covered the four miles in 1:40 (25 mins/mile).
Who would’ve thought there’d be a red light on Going to The Sun Road? Hoping to make a 2pm Vacation Rental Home on Lake McDonald.
The Smoke had cleared in the couple hours it took us to catch the shuttle.
Quite possibly the last time ever staying in Granite Park Chalet.
Could be the final visit to Glacier National Park.
Could be the last time Howard and i see each other.
Not to be morbid, just to be realistic.
And to be inspired by the present moment.
It works for me, and has for the past eight years.
However, with each passing year, my present moments keep getting better.
