Work surrender

Work surrender.

Surrender.

From the (above) google webpage…

Surrender: it can also mean yielding to a situation, influence, or inner feeling, signifying acceptance and release rather than just weakness.

To me, work surrender means letting go of conforming to industry standards, industry leaders, and corporate work systems i cannot control.

It means surrendering to unnecessary anxiety — no longer concerning myself with how i think things should be done and feeling free and brave to invest in what i see as differently better.

It means surrendering to what others think about my non-conformity, zest, and art.

In the surrendering, personal freedom to continuously explore and create better systems and processes.

In the surrendering, bolder dreams, wilder creation, and greater inspiration.

Transformation.

Thriving.
