Great leadership assumes great risks (video)

Great leadership assumes great risks (video).

His girlfriend is terrified.

His mom surrenders to him wanting to follow his passion.

His videographer is also terrified – what if his friend falls to his death and he captures it on video?

Take risks?

It’s a matter of survival.

And then’s the difference between life and death.

Sometimes it’s hard to tell one from the other.

And there’s this other little thing.

Can you live physically, but emotionally you’re dead?

This is why risks are scary.

And why playing it safe is also frightening.

Good luck today.

Role model like you mean it

Disney Keynote Speakers
Your number one parental job is to be a great role model.

Role model like you mean it.

Why?

Because your role models got you where you are today.

So ponder this…

As a leader, who are your role models?

Why are they your role models?

Perhaps the Bible, Koran, and other historic books where essentially the first leadership books for the masses.

More Amazing Grace.

The view right now from (the comfort of) The Citadel Cabin is literally indescribable.

i must be brief right now and turn my attention to the dawn and imminent sunrise spectacular.

Unintended consequences.

We did not expect snow.

The unintended consequence, in this case, was positive.

A first for all of us.

When you live six decades and have a positive “first”, it’s exciting.

It’s an unintended gift.
