Should we define work the traditional way?
It’s debatable.
When you do something you love, you’ll never have to work another day in your life. Right?
Does that mean work is defined as drudgery?
Can we define work simply as the time we spend away from home/family?
If someone logged 90 hours – away from family – in four days, would that define them as a workaholic?

The easiest way to catch someone off guard at work is this. Ask a really insightful question. One that rarely, or maybe never, gets asked.
The net effect after we’re asked such a question is – silence.
After the awkward pause we hear, “Huh, what?”

Our fitness will require pain. No pain, no gain.
And remember the physical equivalent. We can endure the pain and inconvenience of exercise, or the pain and inconvenience of poor health.
