Will you stop excelling?
You literally get paid the same whether you do extra work or not.
This is assuming you are paid by the hour. If you are salaried, or you own your own business, the story is quite different.
Being on your own, extra work doesn’t automatically equate to extra pay.
Why?
Because you may be working hard on the wrong things.

How big is too big?
Took this photo immediately following a coaching call yesterday. It was in my line of sight as i got up from the desk.
It resonated because of something the CEO said.
She said, “Compared to a year ago (just before our relationship began) my Cabinet is experiencing tremendous organizational vibrancy, my Leadership Council’s vibrancy is strong, and we are about to expose our Staff to the cultural architecture.”
She went on to add, “For me personally, I’ve experienced exponential learning. Jeff, you’ve given me the gift of thinking big.”
