Tradition? Values?

Comfort? Consistency?

A recent blog post from a famous company suggests we be bold.

Bold can get you in trouble.

It can also change things.

Everything.

And bold can become a competitive advantage.

For example, bold can be retiring early and launching something the world needs but has given up on.

This group has been getting together over Labor Day weekend since graduating College in 1981.

Leadership takes many forms and has many accountbilities.

Relationships are near the top.

Perhaps (even in a busy world) the single most important thing?

Carving out time, eh?

Leaving in three days for the birthplace of this late-blooming intrepid traveler.

There comes a time when the time is now.

Thirty-fve years ago none of theĀ 12 people would have have remained dry.

Yesterday, only the 20-year old got wet without hesitation.

This inspired another, much older intrepid spirit.

Leadership is meant to inspire.
