Hidden Mickey

Summited Mt Oberlin September 30 and planted the hidden Mickey to “surprise” Jody yesterday (October 1). 

He was surprised to discover it. 

He also immediately knew it had been planted. i knew he would. But it was still fun. 

Jody wore one short sleeved tee shirt and shorts to climb Oberlin. i wore eight layers, a hat, gloves, scarf, three pairs of socks and three pant layers. 

Have nicked named Jody, Thermal Man.

What if…

What if your brand differentiator is world-class leadership?

You know the saying, “it was an inside job”. But in this case, with admirable overtones.

Leadership (or lack thereof) drives everything. 

You don’t want an excellent culture, you want a culture of excellence. 

Highest bar set for everything. 

A culture of excellence takes care of an excellent culture.

  • Being an artist may still be lost on most. Be an artist anyway. 
  • The juxtaposition of mountains and sea-level is easy to miss. Mountains and Magic. A tale as old as time. 
  • You can be an artist simply by being in a space others would never consider.
