On a “serious” note, while reflecting on yesterday’s two coaching calls, this idea hit me….and i sent it to an executive….

What if…

What if your brand differentiator is world-class leadership?

You know the saying, “it was an inside job”. But in this case, with admirable overtones.

Leadership (or lack thereof) drives everything. 

You don’t want an excellent culture, you want a culture of excellence. 

Highest bar set for everything. 

A culture of excellence takes care of an excellent culture. 

Just a thought.

  • Being an artist may still be lost on most. Be an artist anyway.

After 3 weeks, we finally get the West side entrance sign photo. This sign is 400 meters from our room. 

Remember that organization that gave up on organizational vibrancy? Neither does anyone else.

It’s impossible to see the myriad of imperfections. 

Nature is the paradox. 

Nature’s grandeur triumphs because it is ALWAYS authentic. What you see is what you get. Millenia has painted our landscapes.
