The older i get, the less i trust someone who doesn’t take care of themselves physically. When i do the math about someone who isn’t taking care of themselves physically, i assume it bleeds into their spiritual and mental well-being as well. And don’t even ask me about what i think about their prioritized priorities. Their work results might be the only thing that gives them a sense of purpose.
Insight: The paragraph above is me talking to me. Basic math (science) says all humans are more or less similar in many ways. There are exceptions to nearly everything. Happy present moment and Merry Christmas.
