Career regret

Ideally, your career is never something you need a vacation from.

Work, and life, can have a lot of have-to-do, but as long as your get-to-do is above 50%, your get-to-do has controlling interest in your career gratitude. Never settle for 50-50. If you can get to 51-49, you are on your way. And if you over-focus on what you used to under-focus on or ignore, your get-to-do can rise into the 90’s. Loving what you do is the only way to do great work — work that makes a difference not only for others, but for you too.
