Cataract Mountain center, Mt Siyeh upper right. Siyeh Pass center ridge. This is where we saw the Grizzly and cub six days ago. Matahpi Peak far right. So amazing. Humbling. Exciting. Looking Northeast towards Many Glacier Valley and the Great Plains just out of sight. Could almost touch the clouds. Surreal. An area i’ve yet to explore, behind Siyeh and Matahpi, going East. Zooming out for better context. This could be the most striking vista of the entire seven weeks. Bishops Cap is so iconic on the Garden Wall (Continental Divide) from Going-to-the-Sun Road. Goosebumps. You can summit Bishops Cap. Can. Not. Imagine.
Life, like weather, is exhilarating, often nondescript, and sometimes treacherous. Hone adapting, overcoming, celebrating.

We had perfect weather – blue sky, warmth, and no wind – summiting Mt Reynolds 10 days ago. Today we had blue sky, yet unseasonably cold, ferociously-driven winds.
We spent three glorious hours on Reynold’s summit. We squeaked out maybe five minutes on Pollock. We adapted, overcame, and celebrated. Grateful for it all.
