The more you love your job, the more you are the same person. The less you love your job, the more noticeable the difference in the way you feel when you’re at home.

That was perfect
Yep, I’m a professional speaker. A teacher. A professional antagonist. The guy in the spotlight. The person everyone expects to be smart and funny. Really? Me? You’re kidding right?
So this is where I’ve landed in life. And every time I step in front of an audience, I go into it with the same mindset as a heart surgeon going into heart surgery. And right now my mind wanders, and wonders, does everyone approach their job this way?

No seriously, you have a gift
Without knowing it most of my life, the thing that held me back was thinking I didn’t have a gift to offer the world. Now in my 50’s, I can actually see the rampant prevalence in society. Thing is, the prevalence has always been there. It’s just that now that I’ve overcome my own insecurities, it’s easy to spot in others.
Here’s the other thing, and this has been around for eons too – everyone has a special gift to offer. This is also easy for me to spot, and quite exciting.
