What does courage look like in a leader?

Hard to say, because, ironically, we talk about it all the time, but if pressed to answer, “When was the last time your spine was stiffened?”, we would come up short.

The challenge with corporate leadership, is that humans are involved. We are perfectly imperfect. Flawed. Broken yet beautiful.

The corporate world actually shuns audacity. It’s dangerous. It could be misinterpreted.

So can cowardice conformity.
