It’s been a busier than usual start to the year, business-wise. Getting back to pre-pandemic karma.

Who will push you if you don’t push yourself? And how will you know when enough is enough?

Honing in on what only you can do is step one.

Step two is convincing others to do the stuff you’re gonna be asking them to do because they can do it instead of you. The second part of this is to eliminate some things you used to do that no one needs to do.

And the first two steps assume you have come to world-class motivation to change.

You must change before the others.

The others must then replicate the leadership pattern so that leaders are revealed and managers are confirmed.

Managers should not be leaders.

Leaders should not be managers.

Which do you consider yourself?

Which do you want to be?
