In this photo: The President of Walt Disney World (in charge of 80k Cast Members), a Director-level (entry-level) Executive, and a front-line leader. In 2014, we had about 80,000 Cast Members at WDW, only 200+- were Executives. Cheryl was one of the 200 out of 80k.
