It’s A Disgusting Leadership Habit

So he looked at me like I had two heads.

It was a simple question.

The answer could have gone a number of different ways.

But, sadly predictable, it didn’t.

He said, “None”.

Not one time that he could think of did his fellow employees say thank you for what he does to make things nice for them.

It’s epidemic. Many people are working harder than ever before.

Right?

You’re working incredibly hard. In fact, personally, I’ve never worked harder than I have this past year. Can you relate?

But your tribe notices. And I’m assuming you have a tribe. Most people don’t even know what this means. But you do.
