The typical corporate meeting were leadership isn’t viewed as effective. Survey results prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt.

So the leadership goes on a retreat, comes back all fired up, and empowers people to be brave and bold.

Seriously?

Just like that?

Flip a switch and trust is commonplace?

Guess again.

Hard to say, because, ironically, we talk about it all the time, but if pressed to answer, “When was the last time your spine was stiffened?”, we would come up short.

The challenge with corporate leadership, is that humans are involved. We are perfectly imperfect. Flawed. Broken yet beautiful.
