i work, and have worked my entire career, in this environment:
- Can you captivate others?
- Can you breed and inspire optimism?
- Can you inspire courageous innovation?
- Can you behave admirably (integrity)?
Great leadership 101 requires four yesses.
No one should feel bad if they don’t have four yesses.
There is a caveat though…if you don’t, why not?
