The final brother and his wife arrived last night (Friday July 31).
It took ten minutes to move from parking lot to cabin.

Some haven’t seen each other in 20 years, or more.
In a way, it’s almost like we haven’t been apart.
The conversation is still lively.
Some played cards after dinner.
Plagued by our own potential.
If we could slay our fear and doubt, we’d literally astonish ourselves.
This applies to work, of course.
And it also applies to something we no longer think about…our health.
For the past 48 hours, being with my ‘”brothers”, i can’t help but feel compelled to think about how we will age, if given the privilege, for the next 10, 20, or 30+ years.
