Obsessed with our Customer.

Obsessed with your student?

Obsessed with our reason that we exist.

While at the Teppen Edo Men’s room urinal…a flash of genius.

Then i converse with Terumi, from Seattle…two years at WDW…son 8 years in WDW engineering analytics. And lost the genius soundbite.

A genius soundbite i had never thought of before.

Was in the process of adding a note on my iPhone when i saw Terumi….and saw a moment to interact with her. ‘Guest’ interaction trumped what i wanted to do. Onstage it always should (unless Safety is the present priority).

So getting lost in wonderful conversation with Terumi, the genius soundbite floated away.

In case it ain’t obvious, Leader’s Guests are fellow Cast Members. That’s where my headspace (and heartspace) was.

Never gets old. “Lucky” to live so close. “Lucky” to have lifetime annual passes.

Lucky for me my work is remarkably helpful to others. The harder i work, the luckier i get.

A former Disney Institute boss, Wayne Gagne, wrote in one of my annual Disney Performance reviews the following:

At Disney Institute, no one works harder, thinks deeper, reaches higher, or cares more than Jeff Noel.

Bottom of photo: “Certified”.

You train employees for compliance. You develop them for commitment.

dad

Compliance for a lifetime, to the highest professional standards.

Commitment for a lifetime, to continuously improve, especially during your company’s toughest seasons.

Are you certifiably ‘all in’?

Awesome.

Hope is a great strategy but a poor tactic.

Do the reps.

Doing the reps means putting in the time and effort to do the things you say are your priorities.

Help as many people as you can, as often as you can, for as long as you can.

As you strive to serve during your lifetime, remember those most important to you. They should be the greatest beneficiaries of your contribution.

The hard (career) work is staying present in this thinking.
