When you have a friend, and work colleague, who loves Glacier almost as much as you, you are wealthy.
When you have a friend, and work colleague, who will snap an occasional photo of you at the Grinnell Glacier, you are wealthy.
Glacier National Park, and the iconic stromatolites at the Upper Grinnell Glacier Lake. Wealth is having time to explore the Grinnell Glacier area in above-average detail. This large section of stromatolites is off the beaten shoreline paths of Upper Grinnell Lake and Grinnell Glacier. But once you discover it, you see it’s screaming, “This is impossible to miss. Look how big this fossilized feature is.”
Glacier National Park. Staying at a Swiftcurrent Motor Inn Cabin. The sign said the trail was closed due to bears frequenting. All these years later i can say, “we breached the don’t go any further signs”.
