A decent metric

A decent metric once you identify a new goal:

Ask the start, stop, continue questions.

  1. What do i need to start. Why? What if i don’t start?
  2. What do i need to stop. Why? What if i don’t stop?
  3. What do i need to continue. Why? What if i don’t continue?

These questions aren’t a guarantee of success.

But these questions are a guarantee to provide for the simplest, best first steps forward.

The guarantee for success lies, for everyone, in our motivation to change.

Insight: Motivation is the key to discipline and focus.

Discipline and focus are the keys to vibrancy.
