Yesterday our stock jumped 13.6%. Disney+ was a thing well before COVID-19. Bob Iger’s risk to solely distribute our content is paying off in a way no one could have predicted. And at the same time, you can always predict that Disney will innovate.

Once you create enough impact, innovation, and art, going through the motions becomes a consistently disappointing choice.

What if the original, early 2020 projected six-month Covid-19 disruption lasts two years? Six months seemed doable. Never would have welcomed a 24-month unemployment status. Now, after 10 months, i wonder why not welcome a two-year unemployment streak?
