T-minus 5 days, work

“Purging-leadership” must confront, balance, and act on three compelling reasons not to purge.

It can be challenging to purge because our ‘stuff’ offers three benefits.

Our stuff…

  1. Reminds us of who we were.
  2. Reminds us of who we are now.
  3. Reminds us who we want to become.

Without stuff from our past and present, how do we manage our life’s meaning and our future identity?

How do we travel to the future without feeling unprepared?
