- How fast do things change in your world?
- What is the level of information overload?
- How easily is information accessible?
- How difficult is it to keep up with information?
- How challenging is it to determine what’s most important?
- How challenging is it to retain/remember what’s most important?
If ever there was a blinding flash of the obvious for why simple, key, repeatable messages must be the driving force of your leadership culture, is it not the wake-up call from your answers?
